Remix King: Folded

[Verse 1]

It's so silly of me to act like I don't need you bad

When all, all I can think about is us since I seen you last

I know I didn't have to walk away

All I had to do was ask for space

I'm telling you, "be on your way"

When I told you to fall back

[Chorus]

So can you come pick up your clothes?

I have them folded

Meet me at the door while it's still open

I know it's getting cold out, but it's not frozen

So come pick up your clothes

I have them folded

[Post-Chorus]

I'll let your body decide if this is good enough for you

Already folding it for you

Already folding up for you

I'll let your body decide if this is good enough for you

Already folding it for you

Already folding up for you

[Remix King]

I picked you my rose you are the chosen

Meet me at the cross while the door is still open

For my cause you ball-out like Demar DeRozan

But be sincere cause some of my pastors be pose’in

Some say its cold outside but its still not frozen

So choose me today and we'll both be chosen [Matthew 22:14]

Girl you know you are my world

More valuable to me than a pearl

My only one, my special one, my favorite girl

I would choose you over all the world’s riches

With you I would be the world’s richest

Never call you out your name

Never be no hoes or bitches

Let’s get married, you down with the hitches

Will you be my Misses

Your sense of humor always leaves me in stitches

When I say I love you, you smile at me

I'm love sick, you are the remedy

Let's be a family

Girl this ain’t no comedy

No joke, I’m trying to give you all of me

But Jesus keeps calling me

[Chorus]

For you to come pick up your clothes

I have them folded

Meet me at the door while it's still open

I know it's getting cold out, but it's not frozen

So come pick up your clothes

I have them folded

So come pick up your clothes

I have them folded

Meet me at my door while it's still open

I know it's getting cold out, but tell me that it's not frozen

So come pick up your clothes

I have them folded

[Remix King]

Like a crooked umpire I'm calling you all out

With God, you either all in or all out

With God, its like Bingo, just call out Jesus

Play the end game like Avengers and Fallout

A Jamaican with money like what the blood-clout

Some people curse when they get a Rolex, watch your mouth

Like a Timex I know you're ticked with me

But like Nolan Ryan, don't be hitting me

Like a malfunctioning watch, keep your hands off me

Cause only God can put his is hands on me

Is your disdain valid or is it envy

Are you a friend or the enemy

I'm nervous in church like a sinner be

You want to see change, but I want my money back

I protect the quarterback like the center be

And if you came to revival I know you felt the energy

[Post-Chorus]

I'll let your body decide if this is good enough for you

Already folding it for you

Already folding up for you

I'll let your body decide if this is good enough for you

Already folding it for you

Already folding up for you

[Remix King]

Like a drug addict in the MLB, tryin get to first base

After the first taste, you made me an addict

But when my wife called last night I panicked

Like a cool cat I should have never strayed in the first place

Last night I know I should have stayed

But my wife made me go home, she must have prayed

But sometimes like a toy, we all get played

That's why Beyonce made Lemonade

You're sweet like sweet tea

You have a country taste to me

Last night I was in Italy

I knocked the boot and there was so much water

When you gave me a piece(a)

I ate it like pizza

You made me take the subway

At subway I always order the spicy Italian

Last night was Rocky, I was the Italian stallion

High like I was on valium

When you were pleased I seized

Had me on my knees

Like James said, Please baby please come back to me

My Life's work: When I'm gone

 When I'm gone
I want people to say he never did anybody wrong
Was motivated by a good song
His sickness didn't last long
Was relieved when God called him home
Was called up to heaven to share God's throne [Revelation 3:21]
You can appreciate me more when I'm gone
Don't appreci-hate-me because I stayed too long

They can say; he was ahead of the curve
Knew how to use a verb and adverb
Was adept at using a blurb
Could rhyme like none other
A real wise/deep brother
A credit to his father and mother

When I'm gone
You can appreciate my works
Read my books
Realize the dedication writing them took
Summarize all the things me writing them forsook
Cantonize them, add them to the book
After all the calling of God is what writing them took
So everyone should take a look, take my words to heart
Yeah that would be a good start

When I'm gone, I can rest in peace knowing I did my part
Be recognized for my verbal art
For my many styles like the Stylistics
Be celebrated for my linguistics
My poems will be played accompanied by acoustics
Let them say I was a friend to good music

When I'm gone I can't accept your praise
The bible tells us to number our days
So follow Jesus, be like him in all your ways
My works will be rewarded, I will coin a phrase
Like Hezekiah said the lord is good in my days'
Let my life's work amaze
